Supporter wise - probably all red-> Dancer Shizuru, Back Alley Ingrid then either Annerose or generic damage buffer even Melt would be good. Weapon wise - Yea the new weapon is a fantastic, literally the best they can do with the new build philosophy. Insane that it's a weapon that's both Lan and Tekkain Kaworu at once. If you already have her and don't want to buy the new package then butterfly weapons are your best 2nd choice but it is a distant 2nd. I just hope it's not a limited gacha.
