Gave masochist a try and honestly I can't go back. This is some of the most fun I've had playing master duel. The beginning isn't as impossible as it seems, you'll inevitably run into bots that will hand you free wins and get you through the initial slog. Building and rebuilding your deck and trying different combinations of cards is very fun and rewarding, and it's extremely satisfying when your garbage pile actually takes down a real deck. Highly recommend if you're getting bored of the same meta slop vs meta slop games and want to try something new.

The simple truth is westerns are better at yugioh from maxx c banned because it makes them more schizopilled thinking their enemy has nibiru, imperm, ash and impluse in their opener hands. This forces them to know more lines and play better into handtraps when maxx c is a non-game card that doesn’t encourage skill building.

Maxx "C" is still good for the game realistically. It's the only card keeping combo decks in check and there have already been several good TCG combo decks that don't see success in MD.
