I feel like victor has to be built around gun. While he has a lot of stuff that scales with spirit, including his regen, it feels like he's pretty much doing nothing unless he's in the enemies face. I tried super tank, I tried full spirit, I tried a mix of both, and it just doesn't feel like victor can actually do any damage. It makes him feel like a worse shiv. Gun + Speed has to be the way to go maybe.

Victor seems really weak, especially with the nerfs. 100% damage dealt to yourself was a hard pill to swallow. He needs too many items to really get to a point where he is a threat and even then he's easily CC'd into double deaths. His 1 misses easily and has poor range. I think we once again have a situation where a seriously broken character is hiding in the shadow of other more high profile seriously broken characters. Like Calico with the last batch of characters, Paige is fucking busted and barely anyone notices because Victor and Drifter are topping kill charts.If piloted even moderately competently, the bitch is unkillable, she has comboable CC abilities and an insanely damaging DoT to layer over it that is masked by the effects of those other abilities. And for some reason she gets actually dangerous DPS out of her M1 to capitalize on the CC - she doesn't need her team to follow through like other lockdown characters, she can just kill you and two other people with 1 DoT and split shot while you're stuck. I can only pray we don't continue down the same narrative as with Calico and she somehow sneaks out some buffs because she's not doing quite as well as some of the other new heroes. But mark my words, in a couple weeks as they continue to nerf Victor and Drifter and people work out how to play around them and how to play into Paige, she will be the next Calico in terms of how long she just runs the meta.

High enough velocity and the TV can damage an enemy.>4 - EctoplasmSprays an ally or enemy hero with ectoplasm. Giving then huge debuffs/buffs. But also lets her use her Telekinesis powers on them. I grab the basics in lane and also Mystic Expansion which isn't super useful on a lot of characters, but imbuing Vexing Bolt with it gives you juuust enough bonus range to clip people more often with the AoE from Vexing Bolt.Sinclair is a decent spirit nuker when built to maximise Vexing Bolt and it's ridiculous ICBM range, but you're right about feeling like you can do more with other characters what with his ult being very funny but kinda meh in most situations.

If you use fury trance on victor, you can activate your aura before you trigger it and the aura stays on throughout and you can even toggle it off even tho you're silenced. The +40% spirit resist makes your aura do a lot less damage to you too.
