Imp Eviscerate was nice at early levels because it just did more damage than using Sinister Strike, and you could spam it with Ruthlessness. Once you get Noxious, it's far less relevant.

Taste For Blood is probably amazing in raids if Combat daggers goes that deep into Ass, and it'll probably be good in PVP too, but for leveling and leveling dungeons, it's not a big deal. Pretty sure TFB works with the phys damage poison you get at 52 (forget the name, Dissolvement or something) which is why I say it'll probably be amazing in raids.You can skip Efficient Poisons. I had a much easier time building after deciding to give it and Lethality (which is whatever since more of Noxious's damage comes from poison procs, and I would be surprised if they were affected by Lethality, but I don't know) a miss. Poison resists have yet to be an issue, and if you mostly just use Instant I-III while leveling (pre Crystal Phial levels), it won't save you a ton of money. You end up at 33 points if you ignore Efficient Poisons and Taste for Blood. Skipping TFB while leveling to take Blackjack or something would've been better than what I did since I really did not start using Rupture until 60 except as an anti-rogue tool.
