Arctic Blast is too strong and ubiquitous in builds because it acts as a way to add more damage on an active item on your kit. There should be a long range single target nuke also available in the shop, like Dagon from DOTA, maybe a homing bullet that gives time for opponents to react to and counterspell.

I just 1v1'd a Victor as Billy for almost two full minutes and it was literally impossible to kill him. It was at the end of a team fight and just the two of us were left, I was mega farmed and shit out more damage than anyone else in the game but still could not out damage his self healing. Siphon Bullets made it so he couldnt kill me either. I just had to keep shooting at him until my Abrams could revive and zip up to tag team him with me and EVEN THEN we couldn't kill him because he would just heal twice as much. Eventually Bebop came and ulted him, then he finally died. Then he resurrected to full health and we had to do it again.How the fuck are you meant to counter this braindead little bitch? I bought Crippling Headshot after that experience but I dont feel like it even helped that much.

The item is good in general but I rarely find it to be useful in lane, people aren't going to be turning their back against you that often and I find it to sometimes be buggy. It's great after laning where it's more likely to proc especially in ganks but in laning it's only helped me secure kills a handful of times. So, I finally got to play this game, it's fun, but I find something really frustrating. Why does my character always feel weak? I know builds are important, but I haven't been able to understand what allows a character to even do more damage. If I invest into abilities I feel my gun is a wet noodle, if I invest into my gun, my abilities don't feel as strong or have very long cooldowns. I also feel I die really quickly despite winning the aim duel in theory, but my gun refuses to do any significant damage. I've only gotten to play with Mcginnis, Paradox and Holiday. So maybe incidentally picked very counter intuitive characters. But man, I'm struggling so hard.
