This is my best and favourite character. I dumped all my gems on Chord's banner and had some good luck, but it was mostly so that I could accumulate currency to buy a 5 star weapon case. I think Kotone is really cool (heh) and strong, her stack-building mechanic to enhance her attack reminds me of Qingque in hsr. I haven't looked much at the meta or any guides, I only recently learned what pierce rate does. So, I can definitely fine-tune her build in the future and also try the other card combo to see if I like it better.What characters do you guys like?
