Only major change id make to Rising right now is to rework it into a Costume Gacha like the game Tower of Fantasy. Imagine rolling for characters as you currently do, but instead of equipping the character themselves, you equip their "Core" on your customized Wolf. A Core functions identically to how characters currently do, with a set of skills, element, two types of equippable weapons, etc. All now tied to Wolf. Aesthetically, unlocking a character in the gacha, on top of their Core, you also unlock their armor, face customizations, and voice lines which can all be mixed and matched while customizing Wolf. Would make the player experience much more individualized and in line with the Destiny 2 customization features
