Its Power weapons are all weak as fuck at a baseline and rely on gigantic damage modifers and spec-mechanic attacks from elite specs to do any damage. Its Condi weapons aren't quite as shit, but only one Core legend is even playable on a Condi build (Shiro/Jalis at least makes a little bit of sense for Power.) Either way you're probably just doing so little that enemies are outlasting you.There's some classes where playing Core to level up is kind of charming, but Rev isn't one of them IMO.

The dailies focus on one map per day, and that map is usually more active with people doing achievements, vision stuff, etc. Just knock out a couple things on the daily map each day that you play. If you like/tolerate WvW I agree with anon, do the tracks for Istan/Sandswept/Kourna/Thunderhead/Dragonfall instead of the related achievements. "A Star To Guide Us" will be a pain in the ass, be sure to make extensive use of Blish HUD Pathing module.
