Either way in the P5X context, it's clear they have low expectations for male characters. I think those expectations are fair. You can get some freebies with Joker as a popular MC, you can probably get some decent pull with Akechi, but I doubt Yusuke did particularly well.
I got Yusuke, he's fun af in gameplay and I like the character well enough.
But I'd need some serious incentive to give two fucks about Messa or Cherish.
