They literally get to keep a bunch of combos above 275, and most of the combos that lost enough damage to fall below 275 or 300 can be brought back up by the quick melees. The best duelist in the game got a 15% damage nerf across her base kit and might sometimes have to use an extra M1+melee, so it must be the end of the world.
