Same with Ignite. And since they're based off hit magnitude you're punished for not just doing one big bleed with hammer of the god or some shit. Having defense tag on deflect/armor-es combined with homogenizing is insane. Like do they not remember how they had to not tag suppression? You can item edit any base now and wind up with all the mods you want at t1/t2 without any ultrarare omens. Rares are basically free and the only RNG is the unveil, which is only RNG because the lich omens are bugged. Crafting needs a complete rework.
