Drive rush will never be balanced because the point is to be as mickey as possible. If you add a huge hurt box, then its only use would be to set up meaty overheads or do juggles. And we could have had those already WITHOUT drive rush by just allowing you to dash up after a knockdown or restrict drive rush to only when the opponent is in hitstun/juggle. If you just remove raw drive rush outside of juggles, the game would be 100x better.
