Kaytotes is a retard.The cease and desist says something to the effect of "if you don't take this server down, we will take your ass to court." Just walking away from the server isn't enough. Kaytotes was still involved in its creation and can still be sued for copyright infringement. And he'll lose because he infringed their copyright and caused demonstrable damages even if he's no longer involved with the project.

Warrior has dualwielding, several charge abilities and off-GCD spells too which for me simply make them a bit more fun to play. The Crusader Strike 30 second buff gameplay wasn't that fun in comparison.
