The napalm EAT can one-shot a fresh dragonroach if you hit a wing, but it also might not ¯\_(ツ)_/¯In the kill shot all but a single bomblet detonated on the dragon, while in the non-kill shot all of the bomblets detonated on the dragon, so I really don't know what the difference was between these two shots.

My synapses fired off recently and managed to put together that since 1) POIs on 4 and up almost always have static guys on them and also 2) increased scan range means you see enemies from further therefore 1+2=3) you can use the radar booster to easily find all the shit on the map by checking to see if there's a guy standing still on it. It only took me a year to figure it out, but now all the rare samples and super credits will be mine.
