Heals are frowned upon in lower length courses, but it still saves you about 150 stam and is guaranteed to trigger at a good time, so it's worth considering if stam doesn't just automatically get to 650 without you even trying because of golshi's 20% growth rate and all the power training you'll be doing.

From what I've read again it's a gamble so you can skimp out on stamina because Urara as a sole front will slow down every uma, and that's an equivalent of one gold recovery. I misunderstood how it affect Taishin's Sleeping Lion (Urara is so far back to the point it can't trigger at all) and think it also will weaken Gold Ship.
