Unlocking 50% starting NP makes the farming feel so much faster. Before, I was keeping Alter in 4th position to protect her from mob crits in the first turn or two, and had to let Noah NP Suzuka to death before Alter could even come in and start charging up. Now, Alter in the front can NP on the first turn, and keep up a semblance of NP spam with the other two's support, while using mostly non-chains to maintain the DEF buffs. Takes about 7 turns, down from god-knows-what before. Not amazing, but it works.
