Genuinely speaking, is there a reason to even care for this franchise anymore? It's been nothing but 3H pandering for nearly a entire decade now. We have three games that takes place in Fodlan(Which is more than Tellius, Fateslandia, Jugdral, Elibe, etc), which is now currently tied with Archanea and will likely surpass that in the future due to the obligatory musou title.Nearly all the merchandise has also been 3H related as well, with the CYL winners being half or mostly 3H characters. If you're not into 3H, then there's basically no reason to give a shit about Fire Emblem anymore since Intelligent Systems clearly wants 3H to be their own Persona 5 in terms of milking it dry. It's honestly sad.

The game has 4 protagonists: Cai, Dietrich, Theodora, LedaFour factions.The coliseum/arena is the new academy hub for the first part of the game where you'll be able to recruit and build your units. There's no avatar MC this time. The game will have four routes that most likely be very similar during the first part.It's all in the air what the game's 2nd part will be about. Engage and 3H designs basically appeal to two different extremes which leads to a lot of division. The other problem is that FE prior to 3H had always shared a general aesthetic with other games in the series. Obviously every game has it's different quirks, but most games between 1-15 had a very similar style to each other and didn't really fall to deep into any one camp.
