You guys ever think about how good RuneScape might have been if wow hadn't fucked everything up? Every game wanted to ape it's popularity and RuneScape was the same when they added that dam hotbar. It's sad because the main game has gone through a lot of changes, a c++ client, cutscenes, music, new skills, minigames, revitalized skills, finished questlines, etc. like if they hadn't fucked up the combat osrs may not have ever been necessary at all

osrs now is way past that previous mark

the giant dwarf has like a 8 minute cutscene that most people skip im not sure why youd say that cutscenes make a game better

i hate cutscenes in this game because you still have to progress the dialogue so you can t even just walk away and let it play out

Ironmode is the proper way to play the game considering the GE exists but it's stil incredibly cringe especially with all the handholding and welfare gear
