How much non-rateup ego you have in the gacha actually doesn't matter beyond having any at all. The 1.3% chance of an EGO is halved into rateup and non-rate up, then split even between all ego in each category respectively. If you have no non-rateup ego in the gacha, you have a 1.3% chance to hit rateup ego, but if you have anything off banner at all, you have .65% to hit rate up, .65% to get spooked.
