I have not gotten an inkling of use out of 5 piece Tumeken. Yes, you can load up crit boosts and Gconc after channeling Asphyx to somewhat help the chance. However, to put in perspective, let's pretend it had a standalone tooltip for a casual player with 23% crit chance.

There are things to get in the game that you can't buy with gp like skills, capes, pets, quests, max level benefits to access all content.

You can speed them up but its still the same grind. Not to mention the prestige of a maxed account.

There are things that are impractical to buy as well like an elysian spirit shield, tiwsted bow etc and has the chance to drop much sooner, potentially saving you hundreds of hours and dollars compared to buying it.

You could get a twisted bow or elysian sigil soon and be stacked.

I'll stay a bit on topic and say that rs3 made huge mistakes with hearing years ago when they released Rax and gwd2. Gwd2 armor doesn't degrade and is lvl 80 as well as being cheap now. Rax gives lvl 90 weapons that demolish the game. Then you add on invention perks and damage is obscene. That's what osrs needs to avoid and they are doing a decent job so far by making doom drops BiS at doom or good against doom. They've also fucked up with Huey armor being so good and the scythe which was lifted from rs3 Rax so of course it's OP.

Cheap has to stop being this argument when it comes to gear because years after content is released gear shouldn't be the same amount since week 1, its been like that in almost every mmo ever, rs players are just autistic about their bank numbers. I don't care about a discussion about the next high chase item for raids 4, even though cox set a hugely retarded precedent with the tbow, but the next case of something like an item that surpasses the rapier by 7 stab bonus and 4 strength bonus and functions as a glorified stat stick, it doesn't need a fucking vote, just add it. I'm not saying rs3 is perfect with progression by any means, I just can't stand the hypocrisy of osrs players

i have like 150 huey kc in trios on my iron with most of them at like 40-50% contribution and do not have any huey hides so I really don't think its all that easy to get...

I still haven't tried Huey on the iron I really want to get a bunch of kills on Huey and royal titans I really like their uniques. I think dragon slayer wand is really underrated
