Something is off with the current pro scene. I see no story or narrative. There are no memorable personalities to root for. No bad guys, no good guys. I have no idea if 4-4.2k mmr should be good or terrible. On some occasions, everyone knows what they should be doing and focusing, and seem to know the basic principles well, as well as try their best to use them to achieve victory. On the other hand, you have matches as follows:>safelane LS, gets talisman first item before boots or bracers>when asked why, pings radiance and doesn't talk anymore>treant protector hard supp, who flames lifestealer for everything everywhere and goes mid to steal xp from lvl4>magnus mid, 0-11. RPs once per 5 minutes the fed LC without anyone near>me, kunkka offlane, with a bit of hope>np pos 5, starts teleporting around the map and dying, lvl4 at min 12And to top it all off, the enemy team kept running into torrents and aghs boats for as long as the match continued. I cannot comprehend how you can play magnus and have a brain that cannot register seeing at least 3 people get stunned for 3 seconds for 5-10 minutes and not come up with a single thing to contribute to that. I am extremely disappointed in every single other player in that match, they had a jugg who full farmed for 30 minutes without contest and managed to die with aegis. I am seriously considering if there's any reason to even play the game if someone has to play hundreds of these matches to get to 5-6k. At least in league I could play for a week and be at the top 1% without having to pay for double mmr.

People literally walk up to vision range alone while you are visibly with your carry close by and then you just snowball them and the game. You don't even have to do that, you just wait for the enemy carry to want to poke you once and then you shard them inside your turret range. Roaming with a hard cc support seems to be the key, as long as you do have someone who at least notices this and goes with you. This is obviously not a guarantee.
