When your troopers first drop it will heal you immedaitely if you're low. You need to recognize matchups too. Do not send two low damage supports to one lane. Recognize what good or bad lane matchups look like so you can understand if you can push or you're on the backfoot and play accordingly BEFORE you take that poke damage.

Trophy Hunter is a shit item not only because it takes like 10 stacks before it feels like it would have been worth it even as a typical 3200 buy but because it makes you MORE team reliant than ever.
