I really think Phoenix would have been better as a strategist, blade as a tank, and Angela as a DPS. Right now phoenix is just hela but more fucking broken. As a strategist her spark gimmick could have made for an interesting healing mechanic and her overloaded dive counters and utility ult would have been justified. Blade right now is useless. As a tank he could have filled the niche of a brawl tank with reliable poke capabilities. Right now Angela just fucks off and does her own thing and ruins the game because she isn’t frontlining. As a beefy DPS she could do that without throwing because people would know to pick a proper damn tank to do a tank’s job.

It no longer has dropoff, that's nice, so being 8 meters away is close enough. Side note, his melee range is 5 meters which is greater than most and he actually hit (and therefore generate 10 dark magic per hits) multiple targets with one melee. His damage is piddling though at 30 so he's not that dangerous. Full shotgun plus melee is 110 damage, thereby 230 with a full dark magic bar.Much is done of his cancelling between shield (you can jump forward and shield it's faster I think) shooting and melee but it shouldn't be done too quickly lest you interrupt his shooting early.Casting his ult automatically reloads his shotgun, that's neat.Cape is cool, it's predictable but still useful to drop on people or to run away. Theoretically you can shimmy close to Emma, bait out the diamond form, fly up and spray her in the face. YMMV.Fact is he's slow as shit and doesn't stop melee so he can be outmaneuvered. But he can still use the enemy tank as a dark magic battery and brap on someone getting cocky. Might not be enough to displace them but that's still potentially 200 damage to the face.

If they're going to buff Angela it should decided based on the role she's playing which is Tank and they have to impose space for their team to take advantage of. Therefore I'd like to see Divine Judgment receive a new effect to gain the ability to earthbound opponents for like 1-2 secs and Assassin's Charge receiving CC immunity on startup for 1-2 secs and her grounded ichors doing a little more damage but the first two changes should take priority. That's really about it. Simply changing the parameters for more health or damage turns her into unga bunga tier thus birthing a triple tank meta and we all don't want that.
