>>539620257I think any but GNB would be a good first pick if you're just trying to learn 'how to tank' because learning the fundamentals would be a bit easier/less stressful on lower level dungeons, but honestly you could also just queue those dungeons on GNB anyways so I recommend whichever looks coolest to you, personally. PLD is great for learning because it's invuln is so no-nonsense, which makes for a nice panic button, plus sheltron comes up pretty quick so it's a little more defensive than you get on other tanks. WAR is the coziest because of how much self-healing it gets,making it pretty much unkillable if you know what you're doing past a certain level, but how cozy that is might fuck up your instincts on the other tanks. DRK struggles a bit, early on, especially with healers not letting you use your invuln button unless you tell them you're about to use it, but it gets one of the best defensive buttons in the game (at level 70) and always has great damage and baller effects. GNB feels a lot like DRK in how spammy it can get, but it comes with a lot of good self-heal stuff that DRK lacks. They changed how its invuln works so it only halves your health instead of dropping it to 1 (rip funny suicide macro). In conclusion: if you want a recommendation I'd say PLD and then swap to whichever seems coolest when you have the basics figured out (but even then you can't go wrong just starting with whatever)

Then continue exploring what the rest of the expansion had.I would also have liked to see, in the first half, more friendly competition between the scions. A friendly battle between them. And that the various tribes had issues and many that they needed help with and for us to get more lore dump on them. Like the western town, there could have, there should have been more to it.
