They already banned the heckin' Perlerino so there's not much to worry about. Sangan Summoning is the only other real issue, but they can just drop Paidra to 2 as a tradeoff as well as limit Gold Sarc which they're probably already going to do for Maliss.

You do have a lot of gems ready to cash out from solo mode rewards and other one time rewards, and for those the solo gems alone are enough to make a complete meta deck with everything it needs, but I wouldn't really recommend touching those unless you really know what you are doing or need some gems asap because they don't replenish. Basically, like every other game, you are front-loaded with shit and then have to farm afterwards.With regards to dismantling cards, I wouldn't do it unless you know what you are doing. You could very well dismantle a very good master pack only UR card to craft an archetypal one for your deck and only later regret it.You can't build a completely new deck every single month, but I'd say you can build a good one every other month. Though that's assuming you know what you are doing and know what to dismantle.Though things are different assuming you have a large pool and plan to be using the same staples, non-engine core etc. since it's very easy to build a new deck when it's just a slightly different flavor of Fiendsmith or Tearlaments.

Decides to run Mannadium for the cup, been a minute since I ran this old pile of UR dust. Doesn't deal with all the hand traps too well, but there isn't a better feeling than finding out your opponent is on Maliss and they only draw starters and extenders, but they have to play through Baronne, Crystal Clear Wing, Borreload Savage Dragon (+2 counters), Dis Pater, and Adamancipator Dragite with a Spright Elf pointing to Baronne and Crystal Clear Wing in the monster zones and Imperm Reframing in the backrow.It's yesteryears degeneracy deck, and it still is degenerate. I should not be allowed to put up 3 omni-negates, 2 spell and trap negates in the monster zone and one counter trap omni-negate in a single turn, with over 3 minutes left on the clock, let alone when I happen to draw Imperm on top of it all.Only problem is if I don't win by turn 3, I'm straight up outta gas and probably dead with 3 cards left in the extra deck.

True Draco non-engine being mostly SR just means that you end up with a bunch of non-engine that's bad for any future decks you'd want. It'd probably be better to invest in bundle deal staples, super basic shit like Ash+Maxx C+Called by and then fill space with budget options like Bystials/DD Crow/Chalice/Books rather than in a bunch of Solemns and Floodgates that'd be largely worthless for future decks.

People will still be playing it when they throw a couple semis at it or whatever so if you're missing a Sword Ryzeal that's fine.Any time someone posts their half completed deck on a new account after they burnt through all their starter gems it's always something like a brand new player who thought that the 3x Purulia+3x Veiler in their netdeck should be crafted before their 0x Duodrives and 0x Ext, when they could've just crafted those instead and had a solid deck.
