You need to disassociate weapon type from class, Bow is complete fine to level, depending on dodge alone in campaign is a death sentence, also the defacto best leveling weapon is Crossbow with grenades early on than Galvanic shards and the second best weapon is Bow then Hammers.

Sprint was a good addition. But for the wrong reasons.
PoE1 had slow movement speed that eventually got feeling pretty good once you progressed to higher tier rolls even before the zoom zoom speed.
PoE2 tries the same thing but makes it so instead of running a sprint, you are now running a marathon. Exponentially bigger areas, a more spread out campaign. Way more side content that is required for character strength that is NOT part of the main story like stuff like bandits were. Along side some pseudo random layouts that you can't really predict anymore like you could with 1's campaign.

Being slow and then getting faster should be a core part of the game because thats how the progression works. They're just shit at it because they wanted to make a cock and ball torture simulator that only feels good once you rummage through 70 levels of piss.

If not the high price MTX we would not have PoE2, they invest the money back into the games. I was half expecting the production quality to nosedrop in Act 4, but it still very much there. use ~ when searching longer affixes it lets you search partial words '~inc al pres' will populate the affix you are looking for.
also once you populate a stat filter you can click it and it will give you all the other options for that affix, fracture, enchant, whatever. nice way to save time if just want to quickly check the market.

I unironically think trade should be forced into segments of like 100 players each or something. Trade is fine when you want to sell an item that is good for another person but not for you and also vice versa, but it's terrible when trading 1 exalt for a good item is the obviously option than using that exalt yourself. A good starter mapping item with like double resistance, good defense and life shouldn't be worth an exalt yet it is because the markets are oversaturated.

the easiest thing to do is go to filterblade

and either tweak the fuck out of it for 5 hours or download all of them and tweak them in notepad as you go.
the latter is probably the best approach, you can make an override for bases you need/want and then just copy paste it into the stricter filters as you progress.

Concerning PoE2, i haven't played since launch, but wanted to come back and give it a go, is chaos monk viable yet or is his entire ascendancy still basically trash.
