My bigger grievance was the lack of details regarding the pregnancy. If it's low size difference just saying the head difference matters a lot, saying how big {{char}}'s hands (or other notable features) are compared to some household object helps too. If you're dealing with macro then it's harder to ground measurements because the model likely won't make much distinction between 50ft and 200ft unless you are very detailed in describing the anatomy.
