I personally run it with s.cow for assassin every turn and it's pretty neat.I think the only real downside is dying with it means you lose the buff and at that point your mc is just bricked for the rest of the raid with a skill down that already had ramp (not to mention you may have to adjust CAs around the MC for omens which can even slow how fast you get the skill up in the first place)
