He does absolutely everything bad that you can think of. His personality is like that of a typical RPG player. Or an hentai orc. And when he's been actually seriously offended, he's incited riots and commited terrorism and brought down entire countries. (and therefore caused mass death of innocent people) He thinks commiting arson is incredibly fun, and there are a few times in the series where he plans to do it even with absolutely nothing inciting him to.He often does most of this with funny music playing in the background and while spouting unhinged goofy shit, so it's very comedic, not taken seriously at all. I guess because of the scope of the game, you also don't get to see Rance committing crimes on a personal level more often, just references to it.
