All they can afford is to hire one translator per project, which is why they rely so heavily on MTL. But I would say hiring more translators isn't impossible - the only problem is that Shiravune itself is struggling financially due to inflation and rising costs.In the long-term, I think we'll probably see them switch to using more MTL rather than relying on human translators entirely. It would make sense, given how fast MTL tech is progressing.
