The debuff effect is painful if you're not a whale with maxxed out teams for every element, but you can still get by as long as you have strong support dolls (Suomi, Springy) and at least 1-2 good dps from any given element (in this case for burn, electro, hydro). Other dolls can provide dmg via triggering support attacks, giving buffs, tanking (Groza's mod key give her 1 stack of absolute defense for instance), etc...

Finished the electro boss with V6 QBZ-191 + V6 Sharkry + V6 AK-Alfa + V1 Springfield + V1 Suomi; would've been impossible without either of the latter two. Sharkry died near the beginning and Suomi was getting relatively close to dying after the nuke attack (the one that actually looks like an explosion and only has a small AoE, not the map-wide one) even when overhealed and with a shield but otherwise it was pretty smooth sailing, just tediously long.
