THE ENDING of Trails in the Sky 1st Chapter… MY GODFirst time player here. I just beat the remake and I’m speechless. I’m shocked at how good that ending was… the whole game really, but especially the ending. I don’t even know what to say, except that I need to know what happens next.This is definitely one of the all-time great JRPGs, especially in terms of writing. I can’t believe it took me this long to play it.I can’t wait to start the next chapter
30 hours in and just starting chapter 3. I guess it's a "good" remake but it really didnt do anything at all to fix its flaws. infact i think the hybrid of calvard / cs combat hurts the remake more than anything else. overall not a bad kiseki game but you aren't missing out on anything if you've already played sky. i think the original is better due to the old style combat system that actually made positioning and aoes more tactical but both games have serious flaws with its combat. i would say the remake is the "definitive" way to play sky now though since it has extra cutscenes and side quests.
