People I know who've been stuck in plat got placed in high diamond and dome made their way to masters and.... their winrates are literally all still hovering around 50%. Basically if you're below high masters and you aren't a bot of a human being you can probably maintain rank just due to the nature of high back-and-forth the matchmaker is. Now the people who are stuck this way aren't many, I'd say maybe 10 - 15% of people in a given rank rank range are like this, but thats not insubstantial.>Going off of this, there are a bunch of people in this game who literally don't being at whatever rank they're at.Just like how the flip-flop nature of match balance can hinder climbing, it also hinders people from falling.The solution?
