Reminder, Shadow doesn't like "Ningen" which can be translated as "people". He doesn't specifically hate the human species. He is just not social.I think this might cause some minor confusion since there's hardly a difference but it's notable that he isn't actually making a distinction between humans and anthros. He just doesn't like people. The games have always strictly translated this as "Humans" but for some reason only coming from him. Sonic NEVER calls them "Humans". It's almost like Shadow is slightly more "Wolverine" in the west. Again, this is mostly inconsequential, there is barely a difference, but Shadow is not a fantastic racism character.
