Don't know what your playstyle is but Piggy's build is decent, and gives you a good basis for what's solid on him. Personally I have been going guardian ward or mystic expansion, extra charge, mystic burst, and veil walker during laning stage / early game you're a strong lane bully so it's not difficult to rush, if your lane is hard purchase more conservative options.After you put 2 points in bell generally you want to max out cart, that plus veil walker makes you an absurdly good ganker early on and you can help other lanes win or just look for picks, I like to pick up cold front a good chunk of the time early too just for extra damage and to steal enemy farm.Always have a portal up if you're pushing something iffy, you can do some crazy shit like for example having a portal in the rope going up to bridge buffs next to the enemy's double sinner's, then you steal them and if someone comes you just portal out.Knockdown and artic blast make your carts really easy to land so I'd rec picking up at least one of those.Try to abuse heroes that get locked in animations with your cart, even early game this can make for some cheeky plays. Good example is recently I was playing with someone in lane, asked him to try to bait Yama's power slash and I carted her into tower and we got a kill. You can also do some stuff like bait out a parry then cart.

Alright after looking more into it based on what le pros are doing, the best way to make shiv work now and to make spirit on him in general is spirit sap/silence wave + spirit snatch. The swing in power is immense. In a control environment, where shiv has 10k in boons and 5 standard spirit items (enchanters, healbane, mystic shot, improved spirt, extra charge) I would add cold front (not using it's effect) as the "control" item then compare to the sapActivating sap adds what you would expect, roughly 12% extra damage. While the actual damage doesn't do as much damage as activating cold front spirit sap makes up for it by being a long debuff that stacks well with multiple knives on one enemy and vs spirit heavy enemies, reducing their spirit power can NOT be understatedNow spirit snatch, again using the same setup but the control item being knockdownSpirit snatch ends up giving you a 25% extra boost in damage to your spirit abilities and that is NOT counting the bonus spirit you do from the melee itself. This item is just too good for shiv. It's a good burst, a massive damage boost to your spirit abilities, it gives you spirit armor and steals theirs so in team fights your teammates deal more spirit too them too AND something very important is that melee attacks actually fill a ton of shivs rage, spirit snatch alone fills shivs rage to about 30% Okay that's cool and all but what about hard committing to spirit? What about boundless spirit (4800 to upgrade from improved spirit) vs Sap + Snatch (also 4800 value)? Well at the baseline level, boundless spirit does LESS damage than the snatch stats from before, but like only a little bitSo compared to sap+snatch, they deal 15%~ more damage than committing to boundless. SAD!Shiv actually feels pretty good with this new setup but the worst thing about doing this build is that the lack of cold front TRULY makes shiv horrible at farming, playing from behind is grueling

I have never seen more of a matchmaking moment, first game we got hard raped in lane, pushed into our walker and took it early, and then Paradox and Paige literally never left lane constantly pushing for our guardians. Total stomp.Second game same shit happened except it was my turn doing the raping, me and Viscous quite literally did the same exact shit they did, we stomped them in lane, took walker early, then were just pushing up to their guardians and bullying them constantly. What the fuck man.
I'm just not having a good time, man. I'm now back in Initiate.

the heroes for this game are so uninspired and boring in comparison to dota, and the thing is that this game blatantly copies skills from dota to use in it's heroes, but everything feels disgruntled and nothing fits together, I think the item pool is too small and it doesn't allow people to go wild on buffing an aspect of their hero and playing off of that, scaling your carry is also terrible because of not having stats itens you just don't get to achieve critical mass and really be the character your team plays around to winthe game is very incomplete it's what I'm saying

The stuff it tracks is crazy and interesting to read especially comparing yourself against the community. I will say though whatever system it uses to estimate rank is probably better than the actual ranked system in Deadlock though. Basically rank and estimations just don't matter if you want to improve you don't focus on that shit anyways and if you play for fun you shouldn't care.
