I am missing something of this units in CN and GL doesn't have Senntinel and Rubuska yet, so the best I can do is this comparison. First of all Rubuska and Fatutu, Fatutu has been dmg buff but charges Bloodtithe slightly slower. in short run Fatutu is better but is fight prolong, Rubuska would have chased up due to faster Bloodtithe charging, allowing Nautika to spam more Ult. So given that Fatutu and Rubuska doesn't have a BIG differences. So now we compare Eternity Vs Sentinel. The dmg difference is day and night. The run with Eternity E1 overall dmg is only 1.69 M but the one with Sentinel is 2.663 M. Differences is a WHOLE 1 million of DMG. Swapping Eternity with Sentinel increases the dmg output by 57.57%! So I don't really think Eternity can substitute Sentinel, the dmg difference is quite huge. I did see people clearing 500m Reverie with Eternity in the team but I do not know what portray is Nautika. So for P0 Nautika, getting Sentinel is quite important, as I just made it fighting 1000M using the full team at P0, if sentinel is missing, I probably won't have enough dmg to win 1000M using 5 teams.
