Whenever he loses a clash against guy with prey he gives you ego resources, so clash him with prey's best skill to get ego resources and then spam it, don't be afraid to whip out durante if you don't have enough for COO he outspeeds you too much at the wrong time. Attack his strongest skills first weakest last.
