I think overall I have a positive opinion of this patch's story, but I have to say I am massively disappointed that at the moment that would have been perfect for a boss fight with Evernight, instead we had to fight just a random monster out of nowhere, which was also literally one of the ugliest and most disgusting looking things I have ever seen in my life. And now I am gonna have to see this hideous fucking thing over and over again in all the different little modes where they reuse boss fights. At least most random monster bosses have the decency to look cool. The one positive thing I can say is the music is good, but that's usually the case anyway.We need more boss fights that are just "a person." Stuff like Kafka, Yanqing, SAM. Those fights are still awesome years later.
