The way I used to burst on kain is prep a cont4 before Culver's and then enter do a mini burst with ab link then at around 40 secs switch to ror4/wj4 ori burst.
Now I can just do two ror4 bursts.

yea 2min ror is very good but I just dont think its a big as deal on bowmaster as ur thinking, to me the only burst there is the 6min ori and thats not good enough for ror alone, I think it does really good dpm off burst with cont, I dont need to burst to phase hwill segments p1
this is my old NL rotation I haven't looked at the new rotation yet but most classes that use ror now if they have a mini burst should be using weapon jump during the mini burst but I just can't be bothered until the quick ring swap system

You don't play archers so you don't know, but, Vicious Shot changes everything about bursting and calcs. It favors high stat and att which what wat u got

well the formula is 0.01 * skill * wep multi * stat value * attack * (dmg+ boss) * fd * crit dmg * defense * elemental * map multi * level multi
and vicious shot increases the crit dmg part of that formula and cont ring increases the boss part + the small 10% atk it gives, the calc here is is ror attack increase better, now I dont really know what passive reboot has anymore but it used to be a lot of %dmg which would lean heavily towards ror but they made it final damage at some point I think
basically I can have higher stat + attack because of scrolling and I don't have any boss senpaitachi on bowmaster so I think its a marginal difference at best, but yeah im no archer expert, like for hexa stat it makes sense that archers do main stat/attack/boss dmg for hexa stat at least until we have all of them unlocked but late game reg people drop the main stat and go attack/crit dmg/boss its just really funky all around desu

Well you are basically griefing the vicious shot burst with a cont since boss dmg doesn't scale well with crit dmg. The more crit dmg u get the better ATT and stat becomes so Ror is still better on reg. Cd reset on entry will make it even better. I think cont is old meta by now so switch while you still can and it's cheap.
