Should Plague not just use a full M1 build as in practice her power is that surivvors are Broken all game and never use the fountain?
>>540760818M1 chase builds are pretty much only effective on killers with some mobility. Only having to hit people once is already decent as a chase power. Plague works with slowdown. Hexes, thana or gift, remote regression stuff. Forcing them to time waste whether they do or don't engage with fountains.
