Same principle with box runs or grabbing bridge buff (unless the enemy is sacrificing their wave souls to try and get it before you). If you're in lane when they pop up at 8 minutes, just make sure your wave is pushed up - you don't lose souls from their wave, they have to clear your wave so they are not likely to come after you doing sinners (unless you're being cheeky and trying to steal theirs), the only thing that can go wrong is not comming to your lane partner so they don't do something stupid like try and dive tower while the wave has aggro but you aren't there to cover them. On thay subject, I'd add "if a dive kill seems possible" to another reason to not do sinners when your wave is pushed. It's always better to try that over backing off for sinners because a kill means you can still do sinners immediately after, possibly even stealing theirs.

You can max it first if you want but I'm experimenting. I did what you said earlier a lot but I'm too mid to hit it on multiple heroes consistently to get value out of it.
