This is how most people get most of their units. You can farm the shards that the game asks you for the characters.Every time a season ends and a new one begins (a season ends when a new main chapter of the story releases, which is like around 4-6 months or so), things from the current season that's ending dissapear from the dispenser, and things from the previous season appear again. That Ish is from the previous season. So you either roll for her on a Ish banner or wait a couple of months or so to get her for free from there

Finally done catching up except for the collab and Spring Cultivation, and managing to pull off pic related in the final fight of Canto 8 is the most kino thing to happen in my playthrough since Canto 6 where in the Erlking-Catherine fight after the first Catherine phase Erlking gets on his horse, and because my Wild Hunt Heath used his counter the turn before, he gets on his horse the same turn.
