Yes, cosers from other countries might not be as problematic, but it was Mumu's promise that attracted a massive number of players seeking a sense of security. They spent heavily to keep Snowbreak alive, only to have that sense of safety shattered by Mumu's broken promise.

The two communities supported each other, helping Snowbreak revive and thrive. But now, Mumu's thoughtless remarks have dragged them right back to the BA incident — it's almost identical: double standards between global and CN servers, and a lack of coordination between parallel departments leading to explosive fallout.

Now, the same scenario is repeating itself. And it's only been a year and a half since the BA incident. With China's huge player base, BA's CN player count has already dropped to less than 100,000. If Mumu doesn't handle the PR fallout properly, Snowbreak could bleed players in about the same timeframe.

The fact that this behavior erupted at such a critical timing is utterly incompetent. LHM just went through an expansion and recruited many new employees, yet this incident has already driven a large number of players away. Thousands of people have returned collaborative merchandise and snacks.
What’s particularly ironic is that Mumu attacked a Tieba community he labeled as “extremist ML players,” while several writers in his own development team are still using the very same avatars associated with that community.
This person was the writer for LHM's Katya marriage story chapter, though they have not been writing for the project recently.
