when week 8 is finally out everyone should get on the crew's ass and BEG for them to make devlogs on the blog detailing game/update progress and stuff, because there's literally no reason not to say ANYTHING whatsoever unless asked on streams. there's being secretive to avoid leaks and surprise people, and then there's just leaving everyone in the dark for months or years straight with nothing. it wouldn't hurt at all to just say "week 8 is almost done, we just need to finish xyz" and "we're working on the art and music for weeks a b and c" every once in a while.
