You know when I first saw this series in the app store I thought it was Nikki like the Japanese word for diary. Like that thing they do where even the English title of the game has a Japanese word in it just for aesthetics. Of course I later found out it's a Chinese series but I've seen Chinese games put Japanese in the title still so that wouldn't have ruled it out.I was very surprised when I found that it really was just the name Nikki and they did the old 4Kids thing where they westernize the character names. I didn't think games were still doing that after all these years.

I don't have any stutters while harvesting or instances not closing, but for some reason the crafting bench horribly lags when I'm on my steam deck. First when opening, then when I'm navigating it using d-pad it moves to every second item, works fine if using stick, then when I close the whole thing it stutters for a couple seconds. Also having to hold A to xraft is annoying.

One good thing though is you don't have to do a singular run everyday to get all your daily/weekly gems in Gakumasu so dailies take less than 5 minutes.
