Master duels banlist system is inherently flawed they need to hit decks ceilings and not consistency. It’s been this way since the game launched. The going first winrate is out of control despite everyone having 1/4 of their deck dedicated to anti maxx c. The game needs a huge banlist on a ton of endboard cards to encourage more healthy back and forth and not rock paper scissors games

All those Maliss consistency hits only make the deck even more resilient against Lancea because Maliss has fucktons of cyberslop extender which not relying on banishing shit to special summoning or activate its effect that previously they reluctant to run to keep the deck size as minimum as possible
Banning Decoder alone would make Apo far harder for Maliss to make while also not pissing off the whales, so that's what I'll expect for the next banlist in regards to it.
