Duchy is so comfy with seals even in vanilla mode. 27 fth doesn't matter with restage + elemental dmg buffs + incant buffs if you get them + some incants have very good base damage.
I put on the -Vigor +Dex +Arc relic on Executor and I genuinely cannot tell the difference on D5 compared to having it off in terms of taking a hit, seems like it's 'free'.
