T8 design is redundant. High level play is just memorizing what strings to duck/mash through and lock your opponent down to just fishing for pokes and launchers. In so, 90% of the game becomes redundant in high level play. The grab system is the best example of this, with command grabs being scrub killers but completely useless against good players who labbed throw breaks.
