I recommend trying to fight 8/9 star gore or 8/9 star steve otherwise you are going to get rape because of the double notes isn't explained well in the hunter manual in game.Last but not least, if you have a controller with back button make one of the buttons (Y+B attack) and the other (ZR + A echo bubble) to make your life easier. Otherwise it's hard to keep track of all the song and combos etc.

Did everything right. Never even had to heal beyond the occasional chip damage. Nerscylla got stunlocked and never got more than one attack out. But then, my hunt bugs out and the Nerscylla didn't die even when we annihilated its total health. Taking this as a sign to just stop. This isn't worth it.

Looking back at it without the world change to how healing works they couldn't make monsters faster because then people wouldn't be able to heal. I guess whether you think fast monsters are good or bad is up to your preference. Without the need to balance around stationary heals you also don't really need zones for people to back out into to heal and sharpen hence fully connected maps. It's interesting how much a simple change like moving while healing can bring.

How exactly does the FF set bonus works? It says it turns all your HP red, and it can't be reduced while the buff is active. But I tried that in training, and the dummy could still kill me. WAIDW? Also, is there a cooldown in the quest proepr? Because in training the item could be spammed. The level 3 charges aslo eat up the health, so you don't recover much red gauge with the buff, because you keep hurting yourself.

I play with randoms and I never get to see the 4th phase cause everyone carts, usually in the 2nd phase.
