The deck is designed to really punish the slower deck in the meta, it looks janky because it's sacrificing board power for consistency on the high-roll, it uses mostly neutral follower so that the 1pp spell is more likely to draw into Ho-chan. You can put Filene, Merman, etc to the deck if you want a better chance against Midrange, but in that case, you are better off playing Storm instead of Ho-chan highroll
